Pineal AI Systems operates the Pineal Guardian application. This is a B2B enterprise companion app designed exclusively to interface with our proprietary IoT Phase Failure & Energy Meter hardware.
Data Processing: We collect industrial telemetry data (kVArh, consumption, AI diagnostic history) strictly to provide 24/7 monitoring services. We collect employee phone numbers and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens solely for critical safety alarms and internal staff chat functionalities.
Data Sharing: We absolutely do not sell, rent, or share personal or industrial data with any third-party agencies. All communications are securely routed through enterprise-grade Firebase and Supabase architectures.
Strict Account Access: There is no public registration available in this application. Accounts are strictly provisioned by Pineal AI Systems upon the physical installation of the IoT hardware at the customer's factory. Customers are provided with registered email access and a default secure password, which must be changed upon first login.
Hardware Dependency: The application has zero functionality without an active subscription and a physical connection to a Pineal AI Systems device. Expired subscriptions result in an automatic app interface lock to protect telemetry data integrity.
Factory owners maintain full control over their data and can manage, add, or remove staff access directly from the App's Admin Panel.
To request complete deletion of your factory's account, telemetry history, 40-day archives, and associated email data, you must submit a formal request.
